You are walking distance to the Cape Trading Post, Peachy’s, Skully’s, and St. Joe Shrimp. You are just two miles from the famous Port St. Joe State Park with beach and bay access.

Please note that Endless Summer is a single family attached dwelling similar to a duplex/townhouse.  Endless Summer is the unit on the left facing the home from the beach side. There are dividing walls on both porches so the only area you may see the neighbors is under the home in the parking area.

Main Floor: includes a large (12’x25′) sundeck with ample seating to enjoy the crashing waves and watching the kids play. Here you will experience some of the most amazing sunsets you have ever seen!

The living room has LVP flooring and a flat panel tv over the large slate wood-burning fireplace. The perfect place to warm up on chilly nights. The dining room seats 10+ with additional seating for 3 at the granite bar. The kitchen features upgraded cabinetry with easy-close drawers, stainless steel appliances, hardwood, granite, and plenty of pantry space for groceries.

The main level has two bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen):

The main level primary suite has a King bed and full bath with custom tile shower. It has beautiful views of the ocean from the bedroom.

The main level Queen bedroom also has amazing Gulf views!

The washer and dryer are also located on the main level.

Upstairs also has 2 bedrooms: (1 King + daybed, 1 twin over full bunk)

The upstairs primary suite is huge with breathtaking Gulf views! It features a King bed and a daybed, and has direct access to the large, covered back porch- a private area to enjoy more Gulf views!

The kids will love their oasis: a bunk room with a twin over full bunkbed and their own smart tv! A full bathroom on this level has upgraded cabinetry with marble countertop and walk-in shower.

With all this I saved the best for last. You can still have bonfires (can you say oyster roasts?!?) on the beach and even ride horses with the local stables.  We have fished right in front of our home, caught dinner, and then cooked it on the beach. This is definitely old Florida with beautiful sand and water as well as complete relaxation. You are going to LOVE IT!
