The views from this gulf front home on North Cape San Blas are unbelievable!  Walk off the deck and you are literally on the beach, steps from the Gulf waters. The sun sets directly in front of this home for the most spectacular sunsets you have ever seen.  You can literally sit on the front deck OR covered back balcony relaxing and watch your kids play in the sand and surf.

This home is located walking distance from the Cape Tradin’ Post which has everything you could ever need. Groceries, ice cream, coffee, etc.

This 4 bed/4 bath beach front unit has been meticulously constructed with turquoise hardi siding, metal roof, vaulted cypress tongue and groove ceilings, wide plank Australian cypress floors, and upscale furnishings that are beach (kid) friendly!

There are two master suites with beautiful views of the ocean. One master with a king bed (lower level) has beautiful pottery barn furnishings in vibrant key west colors and an awesome master bathroom. 4 large windows overlooking the ocean.

The second master suite (upper level) has a queen bed and is designed in nautical style.  Red, white, and denim blue furnishings. It also has its own private bath suite. 3 large windows overlooking the ocean.

The third bedroom (lower level) has a queen bed with cream distressed beachy furniture and a full bathroom located steps away in the hallway.

Fourth bedroom is Kid’s paradise with its own en suite bathroom and custom built-in bunk beds. One twin over twin and one full over full.

The hallway upstairs leads to a balcony with amazing views of the Gulf and a huge comfy swing bed to relax the day away.

The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials needed to whip up a great meal at home.

Please note that Twilight is a single family attached dwelling similar to a duplex/townhouse.  Twilight is the unit on the right facing the home from the beach side. There are dividing walls on both porches so the only area you may see the neighbors is under the home in the parking area.

This beach is incredible. Voted #1 beach in all of America (Port St. Joe State Park) three years in a row.  White sand beaches, dolphins playing daily, loggerhead turtles, amazing fishing, and the infamous St. Joe State Park! You can wade in the bay’s crystal clear waters at the park and find hermit crabs, sting ray, fish, craps, scallops, starfish, even manatees!

With all this I saved the best for last. You can still have bonfires (can you say oyster roasts?!?) on the beach and even ride horses with the local stables.  We have fished right in front of our home, caught dinner, and then cooked it on the beach. This is definitely old Florida with beautiful sand and water as well as complete relaxation. You are going to LOVE IT!
