For an extra touch of luxury, pool heat is available for an additional charge, ensuring a comfortable swim even during cooler months. The parking area offers ample space, with room for up to 6 vehicles, ensuring convenience for all guests. Beneath the home, you’ll find additional outdoor amenities including an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach or pool. There’s also a gas grill, ideal for cooking up a delicious meal while enjoying the fresh air. This versatile space adds both functionality and comfort, making it easy to enjoy the outdoors and fully experience everything this home has to offer.

There are exterior security cameras on property.

The occupancy limit is strict at 14 guests. If this policy is violated, guests will be evicted without refund.

This property is strictly no pets allowed.

A maximum of five (5) vehicles are allowed on the property at a time. Guests may not bring boats, large (over 12′) trailers, or RV’s.

Initial supplies are provided so that you can arrive and settle on in your first day. Including: A roll of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo + conditioner, laundry detergent, dishwashing soap and sponge, dishwasher liquid, 1 roll of paper towels, a few trash bags and some other misc. items. PLEASE expect to replenish supplies yourself at local store during your stay.

Please note the elevator may be used throughout your stay, but be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown. If any issues arise during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our remote beach location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee. Children under the age of 13 should never operate the elevator without an adult present.
